BrandEra went through a competitive RFP process and was awarded the Grand Prairie ISD account. Grand Prairie ISD was one of the first districts to implement Schools of Choice and Programs of Choice across all grade levels. Additionally, as an open enrollment district, Grand Prairie ISD annually hosts the GPISD Experience, a showcase which highlights the unique and competitive offerings of all schools in the district.
BrandEra worked alongside the superintendent, the communications department and several of the principals in the district to formulate a marketing plan for the GPISD Experience. The event mimics a college fair and hosts a growing number of attendees each year.
Throughout the year, BrandEra works to create campaigns that stand apart from those of other districts’. Through messaging and focusing on the innovation and results happening in Grand Prairie ISD, campaign components include an every door direct mailer with embossing and/or a die-cut and a multi-pronged advertising schedule.
Over four years, Grand Prairie ISD has continued to flourish with the help of BrandEra. Attendance to the GPISD Experience has continued to grow, with over 10,000 attendees last year. Enrollment has correspondingly grown in Grand Prairie ISD’s schools, with more than 2,500 applicants outside of Grand Prairie now attending.
