Brand Awareness Campaign
This iconic western jewelry manufacturer hired BrandEra to conduct market research on its customers and retailers and to determine brand awareness. Based on the research findings, BrandEra developed a strategic marketing plan and crafted a number of tactics to improve sales and enhance customer loyalty. BrandEra developed the “Live Legendary” ad campaign which utilized branded photography to showcase the new jewelry designs. Extensive negotiation was completed to stretch ad dollars and buy media that appeals to the Montana Silversmiths loyalists and to expand its reach to a “western positive” niche. BrandEra also developed a number of new ways to better engage the customer and encourage repeat business.
