Junior Account Executive

Allie works directly with Beth assisting in client management and customer relations, providing strategic insight into a variety of marketing initiatives. She works to ensure that all client needs are met. With experience in business development, Allie has a diverse understanding of both the creative and practical needs of each client.

With a passion for food, Allie enjoys cooking and trying new “foodie” places in the DFW area. If she’s not visiting new restaurants with friends, you can find her cheering on the frogs at a TCU game.

Allie is a recent graduate of the Bob Schieffer College of Communication at Texas Christian University. Go Frogs!


Junior Creative Director

Dara brings diverse work experience to her position. She has a strong writing background which serves her well in copywriting for a variety of outlets, such as radio, social media and print.

Outside of the workday, Dara focuses her time on reality television, crafting and volunteering with the Arthritis Foundation.

Dara is a graduate of the Bob Schieffer College of Communication at Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communication.


Marketing Coordinator & Media Planner

Julie works alongside Beth and Reecanne for assistance on a diverse range of projects, including market research and media buying. With her go-getter attitude, she wears many hats to ensure that the bar for communication and productivity are set high.

Julie has a heart for the community. She spends the majority of her free time serving with numerous groups at her church in Benbrook. When she’s not at work or church, she can be found at any local pet-friendly event with her labradoodle, Bernie.

Holloway is a graduate of University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship.


Graphic Designer

With over 25 years of experience in marketing and advertising, Susan brings honed expertise to the BrandEra team. Susan started her advertising career at Ed Yardang & Associates before moving on to First National Bank of Fort Worth followed by working as an executive director of an international trade association.

In her spare time, Susan works with charitable and civic organizations, having served as president of several and on the boards of several others. She has received multiple awards from the American Advertising Federation, co-chaired Tarrant Area Food Bank’s largest fundraiser in 2012 and is very involved with Historic Fort Worth.

Susan graduated from Texas Christian University and continues to speak at advertising clubs and conferences in the American Advertising Federation and judges numerous advertising awards programs throughout the United States.


Graphic Designer

Caren believes that great design catches a customer’s eye at a glance. Design is the way to communicate big ideas quickly, efficiently and effectively. 20+ years of experience and a passion for communication design has become part of her drive and raison d’être. Caren thoroughly enjoys advertising award season, as she has judged several contests for markets like Lubbock, Waco and the Arkansas area.

Throughout her career, Caren has been a member of the American Advertising Federation in Fort Worth and to date has won 16 local Addy awards, a 10th District AAF Silver award and two Silver International Academy of the Visual Arts Davey awards.

Caren graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, specializing in Communications. She continues to hone her talent by attending design and software learning conferences and seminars.


Graphic Designer

Ketan brings a little over a decade of design and branding knowledge to the team. Having worked in various sectors from publishing to corporate branding in both print and digital media he is armed with a diverse and versatile set of skills that help bring polish and vibrancy to his work.

He believes there is a science behind effective design and tries to create designs that not only look stunning but are also visually stimulating and able to communicate a distinct message. This approach was strengthened by his studies and research at the University of Texas at Austin where he received his B.A. in Psychology.

Ketan is grateful to be in a field he is so passionate about and to be able to channel his other passions into his spare time. He serves on the board of The Creative Fund, an Austin area non-profit focused on funding theatre and performance groups on the small stage. He is also a committee member of The Wine and Food Foundation of Texas, within their young professionals chapter, The Cru, to help cultivate a younger generation to appreciate all things food and wine.


Graphic Designer

Randall is a 20-year veteran of the advertising world who has seen the good and bad of branding. Over the years he has created a process-patented method for highly-effective brand building and message broadcasting.

Adept at all forms of marketing communication, collateral, broadcast, interactive and environmental, Randall is a graduate of the University of California Riverside and has worked with clients ranging from the municipalities and nonprofit sectors to power sports and manufacturing companies. Randall has contributed to BrandEra’s success since the inception of the agency.
