Our goal is to eliminate any surprises day of the shoot. For outdoor shoots, we meticulously assess weather, lighting conditions, sun conditions and potential shadows.

2. Create a Shot List
Having a clear vision is critical for a successful shoot. A detailed shot list directs our efforts, affording us the opportunity to capture our vision while adhering to the schedule.

3. Detailed Pre-Production Meeting
Gathering all key members before the shoot is crucial for coordination. We meticulously plan every detail, address concerns and clarify roles to prevent any potential issues. Our agenda includes call times, location logistics, required equipment and props.

4. Coordinate with Talent
For photoshoots involving talent, thorough communication is paramount. We provide comprehensive information in advance, including location specifics and wardrobe recommendations. Final confirmations ensure seamless coordination on the day.

5. Prepare a Go-Bag
Readiness is key. Our preparedness kit includes essentials like safety pins, hairbrushes and hairspray, hair ties, powder and other makeup essentials, ensuring we’re equipped for unforeseen challenges.

6. Hospitality
Enhancing comfort for our team is essential. We provide craft services and consider amenities like shade options, restroom access and parking arrangements, tailored to the shoot’s requirements.

7. Photo shoot
On shoot day, art direction is key to making sure every detail fits the creative vision, from lighting to props. Collaborating with trusted vendors helps things run smoothly, as their expertise ensures that timeliness and high standards are met. This teamwork makes the whole process run smoothly and successfully.

8. Photo Selection and Retouching
Post-shoot, we create a contact sheet of the best images for client selection. Selected photos are then retouched to meet our client’s expectations.
